Love the classes; they are always so varied - full body work outs, and the coaches work hard to keep everyone motivated and working towards their goals....whilst making it fun and challenging at the same time!

Really enjoy the classes, they are so varied and for a range of abilities. Alex will show everyone how to do the exercises correctly and help everyone individually. The atmosphere is great and everyone is really friendly. Can’t wait to carry on and improve on my fitness 😁

I joined fit body bristol about 6 weeks ago having only ever done a few spin classes and not feeling comfortable or confident enough in a normal gym. I now love going to their classes, both the trainers and the other members are so friendly and welcoming. I found the classes always had people with different fitness levels so never felt worried about being unfit and the trainers always adapted exercises if I wasn't able to do them. I have learnt to use loads of new equipment and enjoy every class. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their nutrition and fitness.
Fit Body Bristol has been a great asset to my life. The classes are fun, enjoyable and really beneficial. The team and coaches are excellent and really help to give a personal touch and to help you get the best out of each session and the course as a whole. I like that it focuses on both excercise and nutrition but I love that it's focused on community and personal goals. I push myself in class with people who have very different abilities yet we're doing our best and cheering each other on and already I know there are many friends to be made here. What I like most is how motivated I feel outside of class, I now do excercise between classes and I do a lot more to look after myself. put simply it's great!!! 💫🚀💪😄
I have recently joint Fit Body and have no regrets! I have to say it’s the best gym I have been too. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming and the Coaches are great! Every class is different which I love and you are pushed to your limit every time! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!💪🏻
