Biography
I decided to become a personal trainer after I resigned from semi-professional rugby. I have always loved sports and fitness and I wanted to use what I learnt through my sporting background to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. I enjoy creating a fun and welcoming gym environment for anyone who wants to lose weight, get fit and strong or for someone who simple wants to join a community of fantastically friendly and likeminded people. My goal is to help as many people as possible change their lives by improving their health and fitness to create a passion that develops long lasting results.
